alright, in these few past weeks, months maybe, ive been thinking of starting a band. yes, a new music band! this matter maybe, i repeat, maybe kept me away from blogging for awhile kot. heh.
i thought of making a new genre of music. agak terjubur an ? haha i know. its a revolution. ive been studying and thinking about this new kindda genre(agak new ah kot) thoroughly since i was still listening to the crap-pest metallica's album ever made, st. anger back in the year 2003. i asked a lot about this and that to people that live for music, from what ive known, for their views.
to my dissapointment, a good friend of mine, syariz hifni (a metalhead hails from penang) told me, its already have been created before. daym it. and yes, he showed me some bukti to back up his statement. haih. bands ive never heard in my life before. not in million years. but still, theres no similiarity from what really kindda music genre that keeps bugging me all these years. so macham, if, i create this new music genre, gua fikir, at least im a creative thinker an ? haha.
fyi, i am a self-thought musician. i play guitar and bass. i learnt to play the instruments from books that my uncle gave em to me 5 years ago and am still learning. i got my first guitar, which is an acoustic black rhythm(r) 6-string guitar when i was 14. itu pun share dengan abang gua. haha. now, i have 3 guitars. 1 is with me, here in shah alam and the other 2 are back in jb. my abang and i dulu, again, share duet, bought a new red ibanez gax30 gio series 2005 model with 2 humbuckers back in 2005.

i loue to play acoustic guitars instead of the electric one. i just dunno why. its a passion perhaps. and i like catchy plus heavy sounded riffs(metal music ah kot ?) rather than solo yang agak panjang dan laju. i really dont do solos and the shredding parts. so, macham from all of these, i thought of making a new music genre. a history i would say. and the so called new music genre is, acoustic metal.
its not gonna be the same as the old band that i have back in johore bahru. it differs in many ways. for real. its a combination of heavy riffs, heavy basslines with the voice of angry elvis. plus, the percussions! no drums ? well, it has to be acoustic. so gua tukar the drums part with percussions. nah, imagine that! agak cool kot. yes ? macham ada gaya gaya lagu roots bloody roots by sepultura. haha. ahhh, good old days! and ohh yea, not to forget, the keys! baru ah bole add some goth parts. and and the vortex! fuhh, i only have 5 words to say weh, man tab ter bo gel.
and yes, the new band that ive been talking about tadi, is an acoutic metal band. interested ? well, i suruisly would like to call upon thee, to "hello hello hello" gua. am looking for bandmates. based from shah alam, subang jaya, kuala lumpur, and as long lu bawah jajahan parti pembangkang. cuba lu imagine opeth punyea acoustic. i mean, have you ever wanted to watch metallica play live with 4 of em playing acoustic(selaen matters song) ? and so, ive been thinking of acoustic-ise the songs from iron maiden,metallica and even dimmu borgir! it would be fun. eh no, it will! ir ir ir. hail! \m/
